On March 19, 2018, the new intermodal hub of Trieste Airport has been inaugurated with the aim of creating a strategic point to integrate air, rail and local public transportation. In fact, a raised walkway was created to directly connect the new national railway station and the airport. In addition, infrastructures such as a bus station, a multistore car park and a new open parking lot have been developed; even some areas within the terminal have been renovated.
What does Remor have to do with all this? We have produced and assembled:
- A single-channel-letter sign in aluminium and painted in the colors of the Trieste Airport logo. This sign was mounted on the East wall of the Terminal. If you have the opportunity to get there by car, it is the first thing you will be able to see.
- Advertising installations on the raised walkway. These advertising systems, aimed at passerby passengers, consist of 4.5 x 4-meter single-sided light box signboards built with aluminum profiles and a backlight sheet printed in digital UV. Also this time, the lighting system is LED to allow an excellent light output at a low energy consumption.
